Shellsy (“shell-sea”) Ashen grew up in Dana Point and has lived in Orange County for 30 years. As a local expert, she offers a wealth of knowledge about the various luxury real estate markets all along the coast. She attended the University of Oregon on a full ride scholarship to play Division 1 volleyball where she lead her team to compete in a national championship in 2012 and was a four year scholar-athlete. Her elite collegiate experience taught her discipline and drive that give her a competitive edge and contributed to her successful real estate career.

As a former teacher, Shellsy naturally educates her clients throughout every step of the process. She brings dedication, integrity, and attention to detail in each transaction. Shellsy's loyalty to her community is evident in her involvement in many non-profit organizations around Orange County, including the Surfrider Foundation where she volunteers as secretary for the Newport Beach chapter. She also serves as a board member for the Newport Beach Association of Realtors Young Professional Network. Born and raised in Newport Beach in a family highly connected with local real estate, Stephanie (Strader) Lowe has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top-selling residential agents in the nation. As a life-long Newport Beach resident, Stephanie has a deep love of her community. She attended Mater Dei High School, graduated from UCLA and earned her MBA at UCI, and over the years honed her negotiating skills with her father, Orange County developer Timothy Strader. She and her extended family have long been active supporters of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, CASA, Kidworks and continue to be actively engaged in supporting the local public and private schools. Her keen understanding of the local neighborhoods and lifestyle makes her an expert guide to lead buyers to their ideal home in Orange County.

Stephanie and her husband Elliott (also a Newport beach native) are residents of the Port Streets neighborhood. They enjoy raising their four kids in the same schools they attended themselves, and taking long walks with their two Boxer dogs Astro and Boomer.
